Frequently integrated into third-party wallets (e.g. Xaman for XRP). Generally positive Trustpilot sentiment for small-to-medium XMR swaps — typical settlement in 5–30 minutes. No KYC for standard swaps — no registration or personal data required. Exolix can freeze a transaction at any time to enforce an AML/KYC procedure and may request state-issued ID documents and proof of funds. If the user refuses KYC, a refund is offered — unless they suspect illegal activity, which gives them a loophole to retain funds. The platform actively logs IP addresses to deny service from prohibited jurisdictions (US and others), and explicitly reserves the right to confiscate funds from users in restricted regions and donate them to charity.
