No KYC for the standard crypto-to-crypto swap flow in most cases — but StealthEX has a notably more aggressive AML practice than its marketing suggests, classed by independent reviewers as "shotgun KYC": may request KYC and block funds based on automated triggers. The KYC procedure itself runs through a third-party website that frequently exhibits technical failures, with no alternative methods provided, and StealthEX does not always inform users of the option to refuse KYC and get a refund within 24 hours per their liquidity provider's policy.
